You are a dad... own it

It doesn't matter what age the woman is, you have no confidence/acceptance of who you are. No woman is attracted to that.

FWIW I'm 29. Not making a ton of money because I'm going back to school.

I have no problem having women 20-35 actively trying to be with me.

It doesn't hurt that I'm in good shape, have good social skills, and great game.

But, all these things are things you can improve.

You'll find that attracting women is pretty much the same no matter what age they are. They may have different interests, but what they are attracted to is generally in the same spectrum.

Hey mate, let me provide some perspective for you.

I'm 30, and in this game, I consider myself quite young. I've been working on this stuff for 8 years, and I now coach it for a living. It's EASIER for me to pick up women who are 20 years old now, than when I was 25. All my mates in their early 30s agree. It's EASIER for me to coach men who are 30-35 to get amazing results, than men who are 20-25 to get results.

My best friend is 49 years old. His ex girlfriend is 24. They split up because he didn't want a family and she does.

Your most powerful pickup years are 25-40, you are your most attractive as a male 30-35, and that is even if you have no particular pickup skills at all (yet). You are considered old enough to know what you are doing, be emotionally mature, and more confident, but not so old that women feel you are 'old'.

You biggest difficulty is that most likely, you became mentally 'old' at a young age. Meaning you married and had children young. That puts you into an older lifestyle mindset. You see yourself as much older than the 34 really is. The trick for you now is to adapt a new lifestyle.

A great thing to do, is to join something like meetup.com. If you haven't heard of it, it's a site you join with lots of local groups in your local area doing all sorts of activities,from hiking, to paintball to book reading to speed dating, and most events are free. You don't have to go to singles events there, just go on outings doing things that might be fun or different for you. If you get properly socialised with men around their early 30s (and there are plenty of them on meetup.com) then you will quickly shift your perspective on what 34 really is.

From where I stand, 34 is young. You are right smack in your prime for almost all female age groups.

Age (like any point of insecurity) will only be an issue to her if you sub-communicate that it is an issue to you. If it's something your not comfortable she will sense that and make it a bigger deal than it needs to be. Set the frame that it's not a big deal from the open.

Reframe your age to yourself as being something of more value than if you were to be in your mid-twenties. You have a wealth of experiences and stories to share with her that most immature "boys" in their mid-twenties won't be able to do.

Find others who exhibit qualities that you are insecure about. Give your brain evidence that other people in your situation, or far older, have overcome it so there's really no reason to make it a big deal. Ross Jeffries is a great example of this.

Look at things the other way round. I'm a male in his early twenties. I've been with women before of 30 and 31. I found the age difference quite cool, and it was interesting to be with women with a markedly different view on life as compared with girls of my own age. In essence, it wasn't a turn-off. I'm sure there are just as many if not more girls out there who are looking for older guys. In particular, I don't think you need to act "cool", "young" or any different from how you are and feel.
