All of those ideas will work great. Provided she's already DTF you're really just taking away any form of accountability on her part.

My favorite way has always been to never say ANYTHING explicitly about going anywhere. Invites are an opportunity to say no. Leading doesn't. This also means that she is much more likely to rationalize that it "just happened".

At a certain point in the night, you should try to pull from the club with whatever girl you've invested some time with. Ideally, you'll have already been leading her around the club and she will be receptive to your requests. By then you can lead her out the front door by saying "fresh air" or something. Baby step it. There's no reason for her not to walk outside withe you by now. So your outside. Literally walk to a taxi. If she asks where you're going just say "this way" and lead her to the taxi, open the door for her to get in (like a gent). Try this for a month and you'll develop a real feel for whether they've invested enough to get in the taxi with you before you even start baby stepping it. Plus you'll already have figured out their logistics hopefully.

This has literally resulted in one girl last leaving my apt. last week and updating her FB 30 minutes later with "Some men want it to happen, others wish it to happen, others MAKE it happen". Don't ask for her permission. Lead.

I've used "We can watch cartoons" or "We can watch cartoons and eat cereal". I know big name PUAs that use these lines and they work for them too. If she's sarcastic at all she'll likely be more receptive to a funny reason.

I feel like using the excuse of smoking a bowl or more drinks sets you up to have to spend more money on her or makes her think you're so insecure about getting her to have sex with you that you're trying to get her more under the influence. Obviously women still go for these but they just aren't my style.
