I'm finding this to be an issue for me lately, and I don't know what to do about it. I have no problem meeting attractive, intelligent women (catches), and I get a good amount of attention from online dating sites. In my experience, when I meet a girl in person, and there's a connection, something good comes of it, even if it doesn't last for months or years. The problem is, I'm really busy lately and haven't been encountering as many girls in person that I'm interested in. On the other hand, I'm meeting some quality women online. The thing is, I feel like when I meet girls online who I actually am interested in pursuing, we go out on one date, we have an objectively great time, we make out/fool around/have sex, and then when I try to make a second date with them, I either never hear from them again (after they told me what an awesome time they had/to definitely call them), or they tell me they're all of a sudden in a relationship (this has happened 3 or 4 times).

So I'm wondering, is it a waste of time to try to meet quality girls online, since they're probably getting so much attention all the time from so many dudes, they are either unable/unwilling to commit, or they're snatched up unless you happen to meet them at the exact right moment?
