No offense, but you're completely fucking wrong.
Nothing is more alpha than being able to make fun of yourself. It shows ultimate confidence. It shows "look, I don't give a fuck about impressing you or getting into a pissing match with you about whether I'm worthy of you." If you can't be self-deprecating every once in a while then you will look like a fucking douchebag who is always trying too hard. And fact is, that is probably what you are.
The whole point of saying "why are you even talking to me like you have a chance" is to make you feel small and to get you to qualify yourself to her. My response says: "Not only will I not qualify myself to you, I will tell you to your face that I am using you for training wheels for a girl that actually matters." You're turning her rejecting you into YOU rejecting her, but you're not doing it in a douchey or obviously fake way. Saying "no you don't have a chance with me" is something a person would say to protect their fragile ego.

The secret is to hold your frame. Most AFCs will automatically chase her when she walks away but if you built enough attraction, she'll either come back right away or will bluff.
