Dear Seddit, Eye contact is something I'm having trouble with. Not with seduction, but with family and friends.

So I have no problem with eye contact when it comes to strangers (saying thank you and small talk) or when it comes to someone I find attractive or even walking passed people and saying hi. However with my friends and my family I don't have the passion to do so. It's like I'm too embarrassed to make eye contact because I see eye contact as something seductive and not a tool to better my relationship with my close family and friends.

Does anyone else also experience this? How can I change my perception of eye contact?
