My last two "relationships" came from a dirty fraternity party pull and a same day Tinder meet up. They're two of the best relationships I've ever had. How you meet is inconsequential when you're bringing what's necessary to the table.

Nah man, you're overthinking it. Everybody starts out as strangers, just because they're in a club or a bar doesn't mean all they want is a couple hook ups. You're there and you're obviously looking for something more, that means other people are there for the same reason.

Has it occurred to you that that could be where you're going wrong? Bar, club, party - these are all 'hook-up' locations. As a lady, I have never got more than a night or a few repeat nights out of any of those places - with one exception, but I picked the guy up by telling him he looked like a cat, quoting Plath to him and hugging his leg for a while. MDMA and an unconventional pick up method, but it worked.

In terms of 'stranger' girls or guys, those environments rarely lead to long term relationships or anything serious. Intoxication, atmosphere and location = likely bad decision in the light of day either end, or automatic 'casual' box. Try somewhere sober and day lit and you're likely to have more luck.
