Hello seddit, first post here. So i want to talk to you about something that happened last night, but first of all let me explain. I know this girl since 6 years ago(elementary school) and we didnt really talk much. As years passed we used to say stuff together and i made her laugh, but i never wanted to seduce her. I was really socially anxious and awkward back then and i've changed. Now we started taking a private lesson together, without knowing we were gonna be together. Anyways, now i try to talk to her and we even kinda message on facebook but when i try to maintain eye contact when we are together she either looks left or down which im not sure what it means but what i want to tell you is that yesterday was a really tiring day for me and i went out with my friends. We were passing by a few bars till we decided to sit to one away from the one she was sitting but when i was about to pass near her(i hadnt seen her) she turned around, smiled, said hi and her whole body was facing me like she was interested. However (i know, lame excuse perhaps) i was really tired and my eyelids were twitching because of that and i just waved at her, smiled, said hi, whats up, she didnt hear the whats up part and because i didnt get a response i said "fuck it" then left( now i kinda feel bad about it)... Now what i wanted to know was, did i ruin my chances with this girl? Im not really that into her, she is just fun to be with but i wouldnt say no if she wanted to get closer with me. Also i forgot to mention that she doesnt usually act like that or is that interested being around me, we just talk and have fun. I try to keep eye contact, she looks elsewhere after a few seconds. Anyway Im sorry if i post this on the wrong subreddit, i figured this could be "failed seduction"
