BE fun and interesting. You don't need advice on how to "become" fun and interesting, because you already are fun and interesting. You just need to access those emotions that lay within you.

If you're coming from the frame where fun and interesting is something you need to become, then you won't be fun and interesting because you'll always view those things as something that you're not. Note that this goes for confidence, happiness, and many, many other things.

But, to answer your question in a non-smart ass way, the idea is, be interested in yourself and others. If you can radiate that sense of playful energy (by being interested in yourself, your hobbies, other people, everything really), then it'll compel others to feel the same. And then people will basically think, "I feel good when I hang out with LeRick11, let me hang out with him more."
