Yeah. I hadn't got laid for 6 months, and only then with a chubby tinder girl who I never saw again. Before that, another 6 months.

~30 days into nofap, ended up taking home a gorgeous asian girl I met on POF and seeing her every week until she went back to her country. Apparently nobody had ever made her feel the way I do, and she wanted to make things work long distance. The best I'd had before that was a long term codependant clingy trainwreck of a relationship with a crazy horse rider girl.

It makes you much more confident, able to connect with people, maintain eye contact, and have tons of energy. And the strangest thing is how you'll actually see girls start checking you out blatantly, even if it's never happened before in your life. Seriously, that happened to me. I was shopping after I went to the gym and saw this milf just watching me. I caught her eye and she didn't look away. No shame. Another time in a shopping centre, walked around a corner, hot girl who could have been a model for the sundress she was wearing. She gave me this smile and turned to look at me as I passed, like something out of a movie. I looked around to make sure it wasn't someone else but there was no one else there. These are the 'superpowers' that people in the nofap sub talk about religiously.

A lot of it is a subtle change that you won't even realise until you relapse and realise 'oh yeah, this is how I felt back THEN when I had no idea what I was doing wrong!'.

Yep, I've tried it. I'm currently on a 35 day streak. Increased testosterone and horniness increases your desire to get laid, and therefor, your bravery for approaching women. It's improved my game immensely, mostly because I crave sex so badly I just stopped caring about AA.

Just beware of people giving you shit for "believing that NoFap-cult-bullshit". Try it first and see for yourself.

yeah, my best friend turned me onto it. he's hardcore about it and really believes in all the benefits. me not as much.
I only fap on weekends now (unless I'm going out on saturday or friday too) . I guess you feel a little more "bold" to stick a word on it; you're a bit more daring as to what you dare to say to women. you feel like you want to take your whole day by the balls. could only be a self-fulfilling profecy and placebo effect though as the first week I tried it I had mad success and have been too superstitious to stop ever since

Two words: Do it.

No Fap made me a hell of a lot more confident and pushes me to go meet women. A year ago I wouldn't have done things I have done these past few months. It's a great thing, but don't think it alone will improve your game. It requires an consistent effort.

It can help people who have serious porn/masturbation addictions (but a therapist is better if this describes you). For everyone else it's at best a placebo and at worst it gives you an unhealthy relationship with your fun bits.
