Own it. Remind her that you've got nothing to apologize for since you two weren't dating. It was just sex between consenting adults. Then drop it and move forward. If she persists in being pissed off, remind girl B that you're not beholden to her for anything and that unless she wants to pursue something serious, this incident is none of her business.

Frankly, she sounds like she has shitty self-esteem and is going to be more of a pain in the ass than she's worth. I wouldn't want to date someone like that seriously. But that's just me.

If a girl were seducing you, and then she slept with your best friend - you'd think a lot less of her, right? You might still sleep with her, but not for any reason other than for physical satisfaction. You can try to salvage this, but it's really up to her and what she thinks of you now, to be honest.
