My night last night was pretty crazy.

I've been going over Magic Bullets while implementing Blueprint, and then going out and practicing these skills.

Last night, I went to the most happening bar in my city. I usually go there on thursdays. I suppose I could've gone to another bar to work more on my low-energy environment game.

Here's the breakdown of my night. To a chode, it was an epic, impressive night... To people like RSD Julian or RSD Tyler, it was another night of BS, excuses, and some reference experiences.

My PUA buddy arrives, and we get to the city. I start pumping him and me into state by screaming at the top of my lungs, saying random shit, trying to have fun. Btw, I was sober, and I had just finished a pumped up work out about 1 hour prior to this. All of this definitely helped, but something was still holding me back. I couldn't get into Super State like I did when I went to Miami for the Miami Music Festival. Maybe I should've kept screaming or something.

We arrive to the bar, all the bouncers know me and welcomed me with high fives... I didn't have to pay to get in like everyone else does.

I walk in, and the first thing I do is say Hi to all my friends around the bar that know me through the social proof I've built up.

The band started playing and I immediately wanted to start approaching women. Everywhere I turned there were pretty women, except they were either with guys whose arm was around them, or with their girlfriends. Sometimes these girlfriends would interact with the groups of men. I did my best to observe the social interactions between people to have a better understanding of the relationship before I went in. But I approached anyways. One HB9 was really drunk, and made out with 2 men at the bar going back and forth between both of them. She even flirted with me a bunch and danced with me. If I really wanted to, without fearing that one of them was her boyfriend, without feeling weird about hooking up with her after seeing her hook up with other guys, I honestly believe I could've gotten her easy. But I didn't... and I let that one go.

There was a cute asian girl, HB8, who I approached while dancing, and giving value. I danced with her, spun her around, got close to her and tried to escalate. She stopped dancing with me after some time, as soon as her boyfriend or whoever put his arm around her. So I backed off and gave him and his male buddies value, to keep things from being awkward.

There were other women I approached. All the ones with a guy, had acted towards me as if the guy is her boyfriend.

All the ones that were with their girlfriends, did at some point positively interact with me, but it seemed at times that they were part of a larger group that came in together. That larger group being a buncha dudes. Or at least, the view I had was, 7 men with about 4-5 women, who are partying together. It was a little hard to get in there, because they were all winging each other constantly (or so it seemed)... It was all a bit confusing but I kept hearing in my head, "Don't look at their game. Play your own game."..

When I saw the HB9 making out with dudes so easily and so aggressively, it definitely brought me some anxiety. Maybe I wish I was him, or maybe I wish I had her power. Maybe I'm being outcome dependent.

I did my best to not let any BS or negativity get to me. After all, this takes time, and I have to keep trying, working hard, and posting FR to improve... Otherwise I'm just screwing around...

Perhaps I should've went to a different bar to meet more single women. After the night was pretty much done at 2am, one my buddies whose in a Fraternity, invited me over to hang out with him and his bros. He said they're all just drinking and chilling. I stopped by, not knowing what to expect. As soon as I entered, they all lit up and exploded with, "Alex!". All of the brothers ran to me, surrounded me, giving me high fives, and loving me. That was unexpected, but very flattering, especially on a crappy night like that where I didn't do the quality approaches and quality work I was looking for.

Things I did well:

  1. I went out.

  2. I stayed positive for a while.

  3. I approached every girl, every group at the bar, even if it was just dancing, singing, or just bringing some energy into their group.

  4. I danced with a few girls.

  5. I was more sober than I've been in a long time while being out

  6. I took the initiative to get into state and in the mood to be social

  7. Lit up the place... again...

  8. Stayed enthusiastic and energetic for majority of the night

Things i did poorly:

  1. I did not have any conversations with strangers lasting more than 10 seconds, except for my friends.

  2. I did not attract any women, at least any single women.

  3. I was thinking too much probably about the drunk girl and my stupid standards...

  4. I let the energy of the environment and all the mingling going on, as I entered the bar, get me in my head. It was like i said to myself, "well, where do I fit in?", "who do I speak to first?"...

  5. I did not bounce to another bar for more opportunities after seeing that there's no one here I could potentially take home.

  6. I became outcome dependent

  7. I was being really hard on myself for "sucking" and being a "stupid piece of shit" that has some cool rockstar image in the public, who actually doesn't get girls as often as people think I do.

  8. I could not reach Super State as I have in the past.

Things I want to improve on for next time:

  1. Approach people in the bar with "Hey, I'm Alex." until I reach the indifference threshold. Then approach however I want.

  2. Approach everyone on the street, and accept the moment when I reach it, whether it's rejection or not, just take it.

  3. Stop looking at others game.

  4. Stop worrying about boyfriends. You never know, until someone says something or it gets awkward.

  5. Get more into state before hand.

  6. not being outcome dependent

  7. being more courageous about my fear.

I really want to improve, dramatically. I'm not fuckin around anymore, I'm serious, and I want this taken care of. I am willing to do whatever it takes, to kill my fear or muster up the courage to face them. I am watching more and more videos by RSD and other products that have been known to help. Any advice is appreciated.

TLDR:

Went out, lit up the bar, brought the party, was again loved by all my friends and social proof, had an impressive night from the POV of a Chode, and a crappy night from the POV of an unstoppable successful PUA.
