I posted the link above yesterday if you saw it.

So I walked into class and I managed to find the seat next to her open. I was hesitant at first because I felt a little sweaty (it was super hot) and I forget to wear my cologne, but I said fuck it whatever.

I overhear her and her friends talking about the upcoming exam and I make a couple comments about how it's multiple choice and such. Then we got a pop quiz and after it was over I asked her what she had and she smiled and said b, which I got and we talked about the answers for a bit. The lecture goes on and here and there I ask her what she put for notes (our TA that teaches whips through the slides), getting an occasional smile.

Class ends and I leave thinking that after a month of being in class together I finally started making some progress.

A couple hours later and I'm walking to the gym to do an hour of cardio and was thinking to myself how if I see her around campus I'll be able to say hi and have her recognize me because on Monday I saw her both at the gym (2 ellipticals away from me) and at the dining common, but didn't do anything.

As I'm thinking all this she appears out of nowhere and starts walking towards the gym right next to me. I have both headphones in and was starting to get super nervous but then I'm just like fuck it, and took a headphone out and asked her if she was in my medical ethics class. She said yeah and we start talking about the test and ourselves, she's a freshman nursing major, I tell her i'm premed and a sophomore, and basic stuff like that all the way to the gym. I noticed she kept up the conversation with me and seemed to be smiling as we talked. We get in to the check in at the gym and she goes in first and it usually takes a while for it to open again but she waited for me to get through. She then told me she had to get a lock for the locker and said she'd see me later. I said I'd see her later and then went upstairs on the elliptical. I noticed she came up over a few ellipticals away from me, and then that was that.

I have class with her again on Friday, and was thinking of trying to ask her if she wanted to study and hopefully get her number.

Any observations/comments on my encounters with her today and any advice for what to do next would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this came of as overly wordy, I just wanted to make sure I included all the details.
