Honestly, I can understand feeling a bit uncomfortable and nervous, so I'll take the question seriously even though 95% of people here are balking and saying that you're already in the home stretch at that point.

First off, be cool. Be polite, ask if you should take your shoes off and take a seat. You need to be physically comfortable in your own skin and body posture has a lot to do with that. Feel free to mill about and find something that's a conversation piece. Usually pretty easy to do at a girl's place. If there are pictures from a trip, start there. Girls travel merely to have bragging rights these days. Just look at Instagram accounts. "Live to travel (plane emoji) (punch emoji)".

It's typically very easy at this point to get some impassioned conversations going. From there kino should be very natural.

I think that if you're asking this kind of question. You're better off focusing on how to get there in the first place.

Usually when a women invites you into her house for drinks. Chances are you dont need to say much of anything to escalate it. This is just my personal experience only.

However I have had a a lot of girls make the first move on me after I enter their house and they have been drinking. I am an average looking Joe. Half the time the stuff we talked about it I can never remember afterwards or I look back later and think what was I talking about.

Example would be us talking about pets and then having the chick make out with me. So their you go, sometimes it doesnt take much.

depends. If it's a daytime friendly thing I'll bring a bottle of wine or a really fruity lambic beer for them to try and bring some food to cook together. I'm a pretty damn good chef so it works out. Get them to help cook and it's like a fun activity that brings down barriers, and in the end you get an awesome meal and an impressed girl. If it's after going to clubs or successfully picking up a girl at night then I'll just start kissing her immediately, it's pretty obvious what she wants if she invited you at this point.

Specifically when the girl is an attractive friend and wants to drink, how do you escalate?

How long have you known her?
What's your "friendship" been like?
Did she invite anyone else to her place or just you?

Look, I can also understand your discomfort. Couple of things to keep in mind:

Don't expect anything. (See Outcome Independence in the side bar.) And balance that with the fact that, if she didn't invite anyone else, she likely wants something to happen.
Focus on having fun. Perhaps think of (Google) some good drinking games. Focus on playful and perhaps dirty ones. (Dirty drinking games, ONLY if she's already setting a dirty tone.) Hell, something like "Heads Up" (a phone app game) is a great.
Pay attention to her as closely as you can, as soon as you arrive. Pay attention to the surroundings, too.
Loosen up and enjoy yourself. Perhaps you guys can engage in a movie drinking game. Then you could sit close to her, in her space, while drinking and not having to talk. But since you're in a private home, you'd have the flexibility to talk and escalate that you wouldn't have in a movie theater.
