Question about true confidence and jealousy

True confidence comes from three things:

1) Being the best version of YOU possible (or working hard everyday to get there).

2) Being aware of your skills and abilities and what you bring to the table.

3) Accepting that if 1 and 2 aren't good enough for some one, there's literally nothing you can do to keep them from looking for what they are missing elsewhere.

Jealousy is a product of lacking any of the above.

Jealousy has nothing to do with confidence.

Let that sink in for a while. No matter how confident you are, how many women you've slept with, how many times you've done this "same ol' routine", you can still get jealous.

It is due to attachment; you've invested your time and effort in this girl, and you want something out of it. If you just did your opener, and a girl says she has a boyfriend I doubt jealousy would be the first thing on your mind. If you've been on a few dates, clicked really well, slept together a few times and suddenly she springs the boyfriend on you... that's when Jealousy raises its ugly head.

Confidence comes from know your better then the other guys. not just thinking you are. When you have that you don't to flaunt it. There's no point. you don't bring it up (unless making her admit it to you to get more compliance or amp attraction.) You just dont give a shit about other guys because they're background noise.

The reason she is bringing up other guys is because she wants to see if you feel intimidated. This is a pretty classic shit test. I keep an apathetic mind when this happens, they obviously weren't on your level or they would be with her now. Ask questions that would result in her saying less than positive things about them, like why things went south. Not only will you learn what mistakes turned her away, but she will be mentally noting the ways you are better than the other guy.

You ALWAYS come out on top when you pass a shit test.
