I don't think you really need playful examples on this one. You already have it in you to do what you need to do. You said it yourself "playful segue". It's just another type of flirting. If you can be playful in a non-sexual manner, you can be playful in a sexual manner. Just be natural and in the moment, don't be outcome-dependent.
