This is my contribution to my fellow redditors. I'd like to help you guys pick up girls from the bus stop and this technique has never failed me. At least the times I've tried it.

All you need to do is stand near the sign which tells the bus timings and as soon as a girl approaches just say the bus will be here in the next 10 or 20 min or whatever the time is, the way to do this is when she is about to look for the time just tap on her shoulder and this will make her surprised and in a state of shock that will make you seem like the hero of the day. This is the perfect opener in such a case.
