From 24-28 I was a madman. Just dating all the time. Tons of people. 28 was the worst. I've "matured" in my 30s.

A guy on here told me something to the effect of, "Fucking a 10 with a 10 personality is the same as fucking an 8 with a 10 personality." And I found that to be true. And it really changed how I viewed this whole thing. What do I really want out of sex and a relationship? Your dick can only get so hard. After that point, the hotness doesn't matter. And there are seriously people out there that never cared, and some who came to an enlightened point where they just don't give a shit.

What you really care about are things like, stability, common ground, communication style, conflict resolution style, and kindness.

I would guess, once you've fucked more unicorn hot babes, it will stop seeming so mythical, you game those girls the same, and after a while it doesn't feel rare. Those other qualities I mentioned, those are what start to feel rare. And because of that, hotness it will become less interesting over time. (The old maxim, for every hot girl or guy there's an SO who is sick of their bullshit and wouldn't go back for all the tea in china.)

People go through cycles. Sex drives and drivers are varied.

I don't think that the feeling would ever go away. Biologically speaking, you are just a vessel for carrying and delivering sex cells. All of us guys are. And the fittest individuals are those who have the most offspring. So this desire to continously want sex with as many people as possible is hard wired into our brains.

As men get older, their sex drive drops a little, so that desire is not as intense.. and you won't be horny all the time. As long as all the other areas in your life are in balance, I say go out and enjoy the high sex drive while you got it! Also, the average guy sleeps with less than 7 women in his lifetime.. so if you're around 20.. what do you feel like you've "missed out" on? haha

The past 2 girls I've been with have been a 9 or 10 depending on who you ask. I'd say the opposite of "getting over it" happens. I really believe that it's different than having sex with an 8 or below. I've found that I can't go backwards now. It's not healthy, but whenever I see just a regular pretty girl I see them as somehow "beneath me". I'm only 24 and it's very possible that this will change with time.
