I dated a girl that was a stripper, but I didn't meet her at a club. I met her in the real world and treated her normal. Strippers get propositioned for sex all the time, and crave a vanilla normal life, so something like cooking at my place, or a picnic, was super exciting for her.

The most attention I ever got from the talent at a strip club was when I brought another woman and put my back to the stage and ignored the dancing. They seemed extra flirty when you're not interested. But as long as you're paying , you're just another sucker.

Anyone have any experience with picking up dancers and wouldn't mind sharing some tips?

I had a friend who picked up on a stripper. He was highly damaged and attracted a damaged girl as well. Hung out with stripper friends of hers also, outside of the workplace. Rarely at their place of employment. (I think 2 times out of 1-2 years they were sporadically involved.)

So yeah, I have a few insights but for my money, getting a stripper is going to be more trouble and drama than it's worth.

Went with some buddies, got a private dance, had a great time. And now I want to try and pick up a dancer......Now I understand 95% of the affection is merely to give them more money, but they're people too so hey.

Look, I get it. First time going to a strip club and seeing naked girls right there in front of you.... It's a rush. And it's like fast food because it feels like fast validation and intimacy of a sort, being offered by these girls. Plus there are some rather attractive girls there, obviously.

But there are some common issues with strippers.

They often negative history that led them to seek out stripping as a means of getting their power back. (Abuse, etc.) With these girls, attracting them means being already damaged yourself or you become damaged in your pursuit of them.
Many girls do it solely for the money and pretty varying degrees of love/hate for the job and themselves, loving the easy money but hating feeling like their value is based on being a piece of meat. These girls generally have a dim view of men who frequent strip clubs. (One of my buddy's GF's friends, said she'd cut the cock off of her BF if she caught him in a strip club.)
Girls who are just in it for fun and don't have baggage. This group is theoretically possible and to be honest I searched for a girl in this category around the time that my friend was involved with his stripper "GF". In practice, this group pretty much amounts to unicorns.

So with a large number of strippers, simply meeting them at their club, disqualifies you from their consideration. And for the ones that remain who would become involved with you, there's often heavy baggage involved. But if that doesn't bother you, then some rules of thumb:

Don't go alone: come in a mixed group of girls and guys.
Don't chat them up during their sets, but rather, when they're in between sets.
Honestly, it's easier to pick-up on strippers if you meet them outside of their work or through friends. Perhaps at whatever gym they frequent.

You can forget about it on the same club you went to. Once you start paying money you become a customer. Strippers don't date customers.

I despise strip clubs. I simply don't like the energy. Never dated a stripper but I did screw a contortionist (she referred to herself as a performance artist) I met on a film set.

I just picked up a stripper last week. To me, the most important thing is to make sure you come across as if you are there to have a good time, not just to gawk at naked women. She needs to feel like naked women don't phase you - because you probably get to see them all the time in your day-to-day life. Also, make sure your buddies are having a good time. I didn't use a single line or anything, I demonstrated through my actions that naked women and attention from women in general are just regular parts of my life. After that, it's all about reading her body language and not giving a fuck about if it actually happens or not

I've had my fair share of strippers picked up as well as slept with the same night. I was even engaged to one (bat shit crazy).

It's on my list of videos to record. I'll have it on YouTube for you tomorrow.
