I was at a club on Saturday and a girl came up to me on the dance-floor to talk, so I took her outside because I couldn't really hear much. We talked some 30 mins, then we got asked to go back inside if we don't smoke, so we went back inside. She mentioned something about getting a drink, but there was a bit of miscommunication and I guess she might have taken it that I didn't want to stay with her since then she said she should go back to her friends, but then she asked me for my phone number. She did talk a lot, but her body language seemed really shy when we were talking... She's 27 and I'm 31.

So I message her the next day, "Hey _____, it was nice meeting you yesterday, how is your day going today". Is there any point in even trying to send another message later this week, and what should I say? I'm already have some other prospects and I'm not used to a girl not responding at all to a message, but I did like her and I find it hard to find girls I actually like. I've never sent a follow up message to someone who didn't respond or even to ones who did respond and then didn't want to meet up a few days later...

Any advice?
