It's great. I recommend questions for improving your game. That way, you get into the flow of being able to come up with questions for her to answer and you can flow off her answers. Scenes from a Hat is another great one, and a hoot to play.

It's super fun. You'll be more creative on your feet and be better at self amusement in addition to social situation awareness. It kind of helps you think about ways to make things fun or funny.

Did it for a short while, definitely fun and a great experience in general (would recommend simply as a cool hobby), but I wouldn't say it did anything to directly improve my performance with women. Being too good at the social part of the game can be dangerous as it's very tempting to just stay there and skip being sexual.

Currently doing an intermediate class of improv. It's great.

Firstly, it teaches you to get out of your head and bounce off things the other person is saying/doing. Great for conversational skills.

Secondly, it gets you used to being in some really uncomfortable situations. It teaches you to observe your feelings without judgement and forgive yourself when you fuck up. I think these things are helpful when meeting women.
