So I work at a coffee shop as a barista and as such see interact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis. I've been using this to hone my social skills and have become reliably good at giving off good energy and am starting to have a number of well received flirty interactions with girls(customers) throughout the day. My usual routine involves complimenting them based on something they're wearing/they're haircut/whatever and trying to engage in as much eye contact as possible.

Like I said, I'm starting to get some good responses and girls are actively flirting with me (looking back at the counter as they walk away to say bye, etc.) but I'm not sure how to turn the corner and start getting dates out of this, especially when there are other customers waiting in line behind them. There's also always a fear of someone complaining to my manager, but I think I'm using that to justify inaction. If I was flirting in a distasteful manner I would have heard about it by now.

TLDR: Much flirting at work, not many numbers. How do I fix this?
