The thing about nofap is, it is pretty much bullshit. Too extreme. It has some points, and sure its better to stop watching porn on a daily basis, but... This is targeted to stop being excessive, in that matter, and to start having sex with a real human being on a regular basis to compensate. Just nofap, without sex whatsoever is in my opinion fatal to your libido. Also doctors say to ejaculate on a regular basis, minimizes the risk of prostate cancer, so this could be another thing why to stay away from this extremistic nofap bullshit.

yea bro you gotta chill. Enjoy life, meet girls, and blow loads while doing it. Its great that you set goals but maybe you picked a heavy load and your expectations are high. Instead of thinking about achieving goals, how about forming habits? Habits are long term achievements that provide life long benefits. Also, try to meet girls at places where you have fun. Make your enjoyment the priority. When you are having fun its easier to open up and easier for people to open up to you.

I think people answered your nofap question pretty well but as far as why we do it. Well I'm by no means a pua, I was a total loser with girls and didn't have sex until after college in my late 20s, but I did get to finally know the game. With that said, I didn't go bang every chick I saw but it did allow me to be picky with girls I met, the more I talked and flirted the more I saw how much more picky I could be because I now had options. Many men settle, I'm saying you don't have to. Again I didn't meet my wife until I was 28, now I'm happily married to a sweet nice 5'10 Swedish blonde
