We usually tend to think that Pickup is like a switch we turn on when we hit the street at the end of a working day, or when we go to a club in the weekend. We think it's a change of mentality, a shift to a social state we didn't have a few minutes before. Some coaches suggest their student to start with some warm up before getting serious, and actually it's not so wrong. What's wrong is this total difference on who we are when we live our ordinary routine and when we go out to have fun. It's like we have a bipolar disorder that makes us behave completely different based on the situation we are. That's nonsense. Pickup is a way of living, it isn't a hobby that takes 2% of our time. Pickup starts when you wake up in the morning and stops when you go back to bed. If you wanna get good in this you have to start living the life the man you want to be would live. There is no other way. You have to change your habits, starting from be social, assume a good body language even if there is nobody looking at you, training your body, eating healthy... Pickup is not a game, as they taught us. Pickup is the difference between a successful person and another one sitting home playing with his Xbox.
