Yeah this is called shame, and its one of the worst feelings you can experience. Obviously your shame about sex and lack thereof is preventing you making any progress.

There's a practice called mindfulness, practised in meditation. The idea is that all problems you have come from thinking about the past and the future. If you recognize that the past and the future aren't real, and they only exist as concepts in your own mind, you can choose to stop letting those problems have power over you by focusing on the present moment.

When you interact with people, stay rooted in the present moment and fully pay attention to what is going on right in front of you. Don't disappear up into your head to worry about your past or the future, just stay where you are.

Right now, you're not having sex. and unless you're dwelling on the past, right now it really doesn't matter if you've had sex or not. If the subject of sex comes up you can talk about your opinions on sex, because surely you have opinions and ideas on the subject? I imagine it occupies a lot of your thinking, it certainly did when I was a virgin. Talk about your opinions and flirt if you are feeling sexual in the moment, but most importantly ask for their opinions. The art of conversation is to get other people talking about stuff that they're interested in.

In my experience people don't tend to ask very specific questions about your sexual history. If they do then you can learn to deflect it playfully.

Ultimately the biggest thing that would help would be to deal with your shame. But that's easier said than done.

You do not have to sex up conversations to get sex, yes it can help you with the correct person but it can also backfire. Just be interesting, do kino and take a shot at kissing her if you see a good chance. You sound new to this so build interest and attraction, just use simple escalation after that. I use the shut up and act routine and it works great.

Let me repeat that:

Own who you are.

If you are a virgin, and she escalates sexually, just say something outlandishly true, like "my, well that sounds lovely... or at least I suppose it does... can't really say, because I'm a virgin."

Deliver it with enough confidence and sass, and she won't believe you anyway.

But most importantly, never let her shake your frame.
