One tip i find useful is to change the enviornment. Ask her to go somewhere else with you. Everytime i did this, it opens me up for more questions and comments as well as keeps things new for her. When things feel stale, thats a sign to change the venue for a bit, even if its to return to a previous spot. While moving point out a few details of the area, show what you know. Like say you're at a park and there this tree thats has some history, learn it and then use it. Or if you move from the park to a small resturant, while on the way if there are any landmarks, talk about it or learn about it together. The fact that new information keeps up the conversation will help when you want to keep her intersted.

to be interesting be interested! as far as the group thing you should lead! in a 1 on 1 scenario you should obviously be leading in terms of conversation/direction, remember to do the same thing in a group! it shouldn't hurt you though, develop an indifferent attitude. don't take anything personal

tbh, everytime i see any new girl i approach they like following the group like holy sht. (its a small school so alot of ppl r joining) If i follow the group its just awk for me because apperantley most of the girls at my school talks sht about me. I need some improvement advice
