You need to improve your underlying emotional state, beliefs about yourself, and beliefs about the world around you (particularly women). As you change those three things for the more positive and the more empowering, it starts to feel more natural to act mroe confident, alpha, fun, etc.

When he talks to girls he is funny. I am a social person, but I cant pull a girl, its hard........I know the underlying message in the video is not to give a fuck.....

Few things about this:

It's not about him being "funny." It's confidence.
Pulling. Comes from confidence. Sooner or later you just believe that you can and should make a move. Sometimes in the early going, it can be just a leap of faith and eventually it becomes something you do from knowledge and experience. But confidence gives you the ability to build that foundation of experience.
The underlying message in the video is not, DGAF, really. There are a few messages in that video. One big message is that he is demonstrating what it looks like when a guy has confidence, vs when he doesn't. He doesn't really seem to get into much of HOW to build that confidence. It's more of a proof of concept, showing you what can be, versus what most of us will experience before we build up that confidence.

The complements he gives are really good to, does anyone have any examples of these.

Don't get lost in meaningless details. It's not WHAT he said. It's HOW he said it. I guess that would be people can say the same things and get different results.

So right now, as you are, we could give you tons of material they use. And it won't make a bit of difference until you fix your issues. Build your life into something that feeds your confidence.

Well, if you look up more videos from tyler, you'll see that he gives off a really strong "i don't give a fuck" vibe. This is one part of his success, the other part i see is his energy. He talks very loud, very energetic, and also his body posture.

From what i read about him, he is in this for a long time, if i remember correctly, Neil Strauss describes him in his book "the game" as posessed by interpersonal interactions since he himself was some kind of sociopath. This would fit, since he would have it easier to really not give a fuck about feelings.

So bottomline: Don't give a fuck about anything, and you'll become like him. The problem though is, this takes time for a normal feeling person, and needs lots of "excercise" in exposing yourself to situations where you normally would feel shame or jus uncomfortable. This will cease over time and enough exposition to those situations.
