Boundaries is a subject that sounds easy 'just tell her no!', but is actually really tricky.

How do you know when someone has crossed your boundary line?
How do you express this with strength, without sounding like a butthurt dickhead, but whilst still getting the message across?
What should the consequences of non compliance be? Never speak to this person again? Sometimes that's not possible (for example work colleagues)

I recently spent 4 months coaching one of my one on one clients on nothing else other than boundaries. This shit runs deep.

What I find is if you suffer in this area with women, it's probably pervasive in your life. If you're not setting boundaries with women, you're probably not doing it with friends. Or family. Or work colleagues.

I think that getting this nailed is one of the most beneficial areas for your game. In my WOTG book, I have a chapter on boundaries where I show a Whatsapp thread I had with a girl. She overstepped a boundary early on. I quickly called her on it, and she became sweetness and light ever since.

This doesn't happen with every girl - some will call you every name under the sun and storm off. But you have to accept this will happen. Some will stay and some will go.

I always say you have to treat your self respect like a precious china doll that could smash at any moment. Every time you know you should be expressing a boundary, and you instead keep quiet, you lose some self respect.

Keeping this self respect is more important than keeping any one girl.
