Depends on the situation. If we're dressed up and I'm taking her to the opera or the symphony, you can bet I'll hold the door open, tuck her gown in around her feet, offer her my arm. Makes it more special if you don't do it for regular dates.

It's really up to you man. It's 2015 do I don't think a lot of guys still do that.

On one hand I'm sure you would definitely get some points for doing it but on the other are you really going to do it all the time?

I may be looking too deep into this but if you are doing it just to impress the girl and won't be doing it all the time, that may be slightly manipulative don't you think?

Again though, it's really up to you and the vibe of the whole night. Not needed but could be a nice surprise.

I open doors for girls on dates. I pride myself on my ettiquite. To be fair though I'm also mainly a one night stand kind of guy so when I am on a date they are special enough to warrant it. They all seem to think it's cute. It's 2015 you don't have to, but if you do, do it with confidence. When I open a door for a girl it is me taking charge of the date. With out saying anything I'm taking charge of the given situation and girls like that. I don't do it cus I'm kissing up I do it because I am a man and that is that. If you have that mentality it will earn you points and make you feel more confident at the same time.

I don't because I think it would be an offend to the kind of (intelligent) girls I date and also it's not my style at all. I'm like, a broke fun interesting student. Not her dad.
