I'm working out, I have clothes that fit and are nice and are my kind of style, I've put myself out there and have dated two girls within the last year and a half. But they were really only dates, never got into anything serious. I haven't been kissed since I was a kid and never had sex or anything leading up to it. I just recently rejected a friend because of so many reasons, as in she was crazy, just jumped to me from my friend, and many, many other red flags. My friends all told me to go for it to get experience but I did not want to go down that route with her and end up in problems.

I've been rejected a lot over the years and I've had small improvements and have learned many lessons of what to avoid in the future. I guess I want to know what are some good "exercises" I could do to get myself out there and improve my confidence? I can talk to girls and have gone up to girls many times and have gotten their numbers but they have all pretty much been flakes.

Just today at work, theres a girl I work with that I find kinda cute and I noticed her birthday recently passed so I wanted to say "Happy Belated Birthday" but I chickened out. I wouldn't date her, especially since shes my coworker, but even that felt like a huge thing to say for some reason. So I really need to fix my brain to put myself back out there.

Anything I could try doing tomorrow when I'm at school to improve? I'm also turning 21 in the next few weeks, I don't have my own place or even my own room. I want to lean towards dating help but also sex related tips would be good for in the future if I end up going to a girls place or something. Just thought I'd mention key things, thanks.
