"netflix and chill" became what is is for a reason. If you put on a movie or the tv (who watches tv??) and sit there for ~10 mins things will progress on their own. Things will pick up on their own as long as you don't sit at the other end of the couch and stare at the tv like an idiot.

Chances are if you say "lets watch netflix" she will a) know its "netflix and chill" and is gonna be down to jump straight into making out or b) wants to hang out first, in which case, that's what you're already doing.

When I was single this became a very common occurrence for me, and so here's what I did that worked every time...

Step 1. When you open the door, greet her like you're seeing a friend "haha heey there you are! Nice to see you :)" and hug her. This cuts past the awkwardness of the whole 'first time encounter' experience that can often have a stiff atmosphere. You immediately set a friendly (friendly, not friend-like) vibe that makes her feel far more comfortable with you - important; not just for making her feel safer (let's be honest, going to a stranger's home is always scary, even as a guy), but she will feel less nervous about expressing her sexuality too.

Realise that she is there to get laid. But she is NOT going to make that first move, that's all up to you my friend. Women do not make first moves. Again, she is there to get laid, so don't be afraid of making your moves on her, and don't prance around either suggesting going out shopping or playing board games, or whatever.

Step 2. Next, lead her to your bedroom and get her lying on your bed as you put on a movie. It is great if you have some wine to offer her, as that makes her more comfortable too due to lowered inhibitions. Lie down next to her and just say to her "come heeeere :)" and open your arm as to make room for her to come cuddle you. Since you've already set a friendly atmosphere, and you say it as it's a no big deal, she'll 100% come and cuddle you.

She's there to get laid, but still put on a movie as she still needs plausible deniability if it gets brought up to her girlfriends ("oh I just went to watch a movie and suddenly we just had sex!") it sounds weird, but it helps her feel less of a slut, give her that.

Step 3. While cuddling and watching the movie, just make small talk to her while you run your hands all over her - touching is crucial, as it is what arouses a woman, not your words - caressing her hand, neck, lower back, thighs and then squeeze her bum and maybe pull her hair gently. You can squeeze her bum and tell her her ass is amazing.

As mentioned, you touching her is very important as that is what makes her more sexually aroused; more aroused she is less logical she will be. Important. Her logical brain is what tells her "don't fuck the guy, you're gonna be a slut! Your friends will call you a slut and everyone's going to find out, yadi yadi ya...", whereas her emotional brain tells her "fuck the guy! Screw his brains out! Make him fuck your face! Show him what a dirty girl you can be!" More aroused she is, more control her emotional brain gains. Ever had last minute resistance(think "we're not having sex tonight")? That's the last desperate attempt of the logical brain to retake all control - you fail her LMR, her logical brain re-engages. The girl wants sex, but she also doesn't want to feel like a slut - it's called cognitive dissonance. Which is why a girl will often thank you after sex, for helping her get what she wants and pushing through her logical brain's resistance.

Step 4. After touching her, you can make the move; grab her by the chin and pull her into you for a kiss. If she's holding a glass of wine and talking a lot, you can just put your finger on her lips, grab her glass out of her hand and place it on the floor/bedside table, and then go for the kiss.

You 'shushing' her and grabbing her glass out of her hand is not going to rattle her, so don't be afraid of doing it - on the contrary, she is going to love it. It's a very ballsy move but also a very dominant one at that. In the UK this is when a girl is going to call you 'very cheeky'. She's there to get dominated after all, remember? Hehe...

Step 5. ??? Sex???
