Thanks for advice.

Sorry to say, but: Grow a pair. Do you really want people to treat you like that? You are to her nothing more than a time filler. Tell her that she has one last try, and she should consider if she can make it. If she comes at you with excuses, or tries to persuade you, tell her to fuck off. She's got no respect for you whatsoever.

I'd advise you put her on the slow track. By slow track I mean don't focus on her, just text her now and again but don't keep her as the girl you're focusing on.
Start hitting on other girls and going out on dates with other women while you work on the girl in your slow track. Alternatively, what I always do of a girl postpones/cancels on me 3 times I'll give her the "in or out" speech and goes like this:
"Alright what's the deal miss Sassy Pants, I thought you were pretty cool and was under the impression you wanted to hang out one of the days. If that is no longer the case lemme know and I will never bother you again"
That aaalways gets the girl to tell you the true story...if she's genuinely just been busy, if she just started dating some other guy, or if she was just bored and wanted to feel needed, etc. It also shows you have limits and won't just continuously take a woman's shit, but in an assertive and attractive way.

This 100%. Most people here would tell you to move on but when you score a potential date with someone you really like but keeps flaking you're better off laying off and trying again in the future. You don't know what situation they're in (they could have legitimate reasons) and if you don't focus on it, there's little harm done.

Move on. If she was interested, she'd make time and follow through.

She's just treating you like a puppy dog who follows her around. Just don't respond to her texts. She might change her tune, she might not. Don't care regardless.

Use this line "Should I delete your number?" This has two effects: 1) Lets them know you're not to be played around with and 2) You can still keep the option open.
Best line I have discovered to reel them in and force them to re-prioritize.
