How do you approach two women?

Oh there are tons of ways to approach 2-sets. It's one of my favorite sets. I'll describe one that was pretty good. I was at a crowded bar and about 3 feet in front of me, two women were both trying to squeeze onto one padded bar stool. It wasn't quite working, they were small girls but they couldn't quite get both butt cheeks on the seat, they were sliding off and struggling to not spill their drinks or let their skirts ride up. This happened quickly, it only took about five seconds. I couldn't help but burst out laughing. They saw me and I just pointed at them while I opened:

Me: I can tell you guys are best friends.
Girl 1: Why?
Me: I never saw two women trying to squeeze onto a bar stool like that before. That was hilarious. Hey have you ever heard of the BFF Test?
Girl 2: No.
Me: It's simple, I'll ask you one question. Do you both use the same brand of shampoo?
[they glance at each other]
Me: Stop, you don't even have to answer. I knew it. You are BFFs.
Girl 1: How do you know?
Me: You looked at each other before you answered. Only BFFs would do that.
Girl 2: It's true, we're roommates.
Me: How long have you been roommates?
[The girls glance at each other again]
Me: [Laughing] You did it again!

Now the girls are laughing too. I was definitely hooked into the set. They wanted to know where I heard of the BFF Test. I made something up, I couldn't tell them that I heard of it years ago from Neil Strauss. He called it "chick crack" and says women cannot resist a demonstration of your social insight.

My point here is that even canned routines from the oldest PUA methods can work well if you have the right opportunity. Those women almost set me up to use this routine. And that's why it works so well, I made it seem like it was specific to them only, it didn't sound like a canned routine. Also notice how little they said, and how I lead the conversation.

I'd say if you asked 2 girls for their numbers and they both gave them to you, you did pretty well.

Isn't it rude to ask for one girl's number in front of her friend?

Not at all. Why would you think that?

They both said they had boyfriends, but what would I do if I got both numbers?

If they both said they have boyfriends, and you still stuck around to ask for their phone numbers, I think it's pretty clear that you were not being straightforward with them. Don't bother them, you're wasting their time.

I am just really confused on the situation and would like some insight.

Giving someone your phone number is not a straight forward invitation to fuck.

Almost any inderect opener will work for a two set.

It doesnt happen too often, but If you can get a solid IOI out of your target before approaching, you can treat her like a one set. This requires a really strong frame and 0, and I mean ZERO hesitance. So a more intermediate thing.
