When you're annoyed about something, say, a group of people can't make a choice on where to go to eat. As far as frame is concerned, is it okay to express how annoyed you are?

A group of guy and girl friends couldn't decide where to go eat last night. I suggested we go to X, but the girls complained they didn't like it. This wouldn't be an issue if anyone else actually suggested anything, but instead everyone just sat there smoking weed, talking about how hungry they were. I ended up calling X for a pickup order for myself and left.

One of the girls later told me how I seemed pissed off and I should chill out. Out of curiosity, is showing your annoyance considered breaking frame? I didn't throw a fit or anything. I simply sighed in disappointment, ordered food for myself, and left. I'm thinking maybe the weed amplified my reaction in their eyes.
