find them when they are in a social setting or some other appropriate setting. It has to feel like a natural conversation, not something forced or something where you are disturbing them or annoying them.

I've wasted my holiday in England staring and girls and feeling like shit for never approaching, all the time. Hopefully you can do better, the only tip I can give you is try to enjoy yourself.

so far your advice is dont approach - and dont approach .... ? fuck this . you are there for a very short while - you won't see these people again in your life (unless you actually approach, talk to, and connect with someone, if THIS, then your risk was 100% worth it) Talk to them in FRONT of ANYONE - what on earth would hold you back? Walk up and talk to the girl like it was your skateboarding buddy, easy... smooth, make friends.

Next time you run into her at the resort - it is running into a friend, a short stroll from hanging out with a friend.... you can introduc e her to other "friends" you bothered to make while they were in front of you and available to converse with.
