"I like what I see." Be upfront and honest. Trying to hide it will come off as creepy. Also, this keeps the frame on me ("I" like) rather than on her ("you" are beautiful).

Unless you have been giving her the psycho no-blink creep stare just give her a slow cheeky smile... She knows that you know that she knows why you are looking at her like that.
If you have to say something then depending on context try, "because I have a very dirty mind.", "you know why.", " coz I am using my psychic powers on you." ,"I am very short sighted, and I was trying to see if you were hot. I may have to get closer to tell."

The main problem in this question is that, like most things here, are taken too much as "right or wrong". Why not just say what you have on your mind? What about being natural, rather than trying to get the right answer? If you think she's gorgeous, just say that. If the only thing that's on your mind while looking at her, is the image of her riding you like she would ride a wild bull, then simply say it.

Don't fucking complicate things, people.
