How to act after a successful cold read?

As I get better with cold reads, I find myself surprising both myself and the girl with the read. Which is great, but I'm not sure how to react to her...

It's a parlor trick, you attempt to make a statement that is true about a person by observations you make about them. A simple example would be if a girl was wearing cowboy boots you can make a cold read and say that she is a country fan. As you get better at a read you can make more bold statements. Ultimately it's a good way to practice your ability to notice subtle body language.

In my example I posted up higher I was talking with a girl and noticed that she allowed other people to drive the conversation and seemed easy to sway. I took a stab in the dark and called her out as being a middle child. I was right, which gave me a ton of credibility to their friend circle. Her friend of course was amazed by it and asked me to do her next. I noticed that she was driving the conversation of her table and had a very dominant personality. I guessed that she was the oldest child, I was wrong as she quickly pointed out that she was an only child, but I used that to my advantage to point out that while she was an only child she was still the center of her parents attention so I was right in my assessment. From there I literally just let them drive the conversation and when I would make a statement I would leave it open enough that I could double back if need be.
