I wouldn't do it. Not that I put any special significance on your first time, but it might as well be with a girl that you are actually into. Once you sleep with her, she's going to do her best to worm her way into being your girlfriend and if she's in your circle of friends there's no way to come out of this without looking like an asshole.

To your next point - you never actually say you want to be friends with benefits. In any event, she's not your friend so it's a booty call. You only invite her over at night, don't take her on dates, always have something (actually) to do in the morning, don't tell her that you love her and say you aren't really looking for anything serious if asked about being exclusive or your girlfriend. You want a situation that is obviously not a relationship while sparing her the embarrassment of putting it into words.

Also, keep it 100% quiet. You don't need to stop her from talking about it, but I wouldn't confirm or deny anything or tell your friends.

I get where you're coming from, but I'd advise you not to do it in this situation.

I've smashed my fair share of ugly girls, but I only do so with random girls who don't know my name, never get my phone number, and don't find out where I live (I'll go to their place). Mostly I'll meet these women in bars, clubs, and at parties. Second, I won't do this if legit HBs I want to smash are in the area or have any way of finding out (if I'm with loose lipped buddies, etc.). The last thing you want is people talking to girls you REALLY want to fuck and making it seem like you're DTF with low value girls. Girls are hypergamous and care about STATUS--they need to believe that you're of HIGHER value than them. And thus, they need to believe (even if it's not true) that you can consistently smash girls on their level or above.

It seems like you've got a personal relationship with this girl and you said "[i]t's embarassing." Don't do things that embarass yourself (unless it's a joke and you're the type of guys who can OWN THAT). Don't do make this girl your first time just because you're frustrated. Follow the program: lift, dress better, work on your inner confidence, approach more girls more frequently, believe in yourself, practice TRP, bang out a girl for your first time that you can think back on and be like, "Yeah, I'm happy with that one."

I wouldn't. It sounds like you're not attracted to her and that she'll be clingy afterwards, if you go through with it. The first time isn't all that momentous, but it's still worth waiting until you find someone who's at least decent.

That said, if you've made up your mind to have sex with her, make sure you tell her you're not looking for anything serious. If you think she wants to fuck you on the premise that you'll start going out with her... tell her beforehand. Otherwise you're fine.

I would do it. Best to get the V experience out and done so you can stop wondering what its like. I'm going to take it a step further.
