had to laugh pretty hard when i looked at your picture... and guess what, not for the reason you think. I laughed because either you are a troll, fishing for compliments or just not aware of the fact that nothing is wrong with your appearance.

So, here are my standard advices for either case, pick what you identify as:

you are a troll: Get lost.
you are fishing for compliments: here you go, take that compliment and get lost.
you really think what you say is true: Get more confidence, work on your mindset, read the sidebar and for the love of god, stop pulling yourself down. If you really have no success it is due to your lack of confidence.

Work on your confidence, self esteem, and self-limiting beliefs(inner game). When you've handled all that (it will take time), work on your actual game and approach 10 sets a day for 2 years.

BTW, I'm old, heavy, balding, and short, and still do well with women. :) Inner, outer, and actual game are big deals. )
