There are lines that can't be crossed. I wouldn't take it as a shit test and just tell her that my 7 year old sister isn't at a sexually active age yet so I won't do anything at all. She can go and ask someone else to fulfill that fantasy/ fetish of hers.

Ignore it or just say 'Don't worry' - I think your answer to her is fine. This sounds like some sort of plausible deniability resistance BS/hamstering.

There's a chance she isn't even thinking about how old your sisters are when she says this. They don't think like us...

When things aren't hot ask her what she means. Then tell her how you interpreted what she was saying. She needs to understand what effect her words have.

You should continue to escalate things with her without becoming forceful since you two haven't fully had sex yet.
