This is actually my first post in this community, have been active on Reddit before in the NoFap section. Have been on the no porn/masturbating streak since first of january. So in a few days I reached 5 months on hard mode. Experienced a lot of benefits in this journey, especially with women.

Recently I Started reading a book 'What women want, and how to give it to them'. In this book they state, that a good approach for a guy is to be confident charming and direct. So for instance walk up to a girl in the park/supermarket and tell her from your heart that she looks amazing and state that we should have a drink together sometimes. So my first question is: Anyone with a lot of experience on this approach?

Together with approaching comes approach anxiety, I can honestly tell I am a confident guy, and I have approached some women in the gym/on the streets so far, but also many approaches I make up my mind the last few seconds, and end up not approaching her. I almost feels it happens unconsciously.

I would really like to reduce my approach anxiety more, do you guys have advice on this or could recommend me some interesting books about Seduction/PUA?
