It's a combination of outer game (looks, body language, dress style), inner game, and game (approach and attraction/rapport). If a component of one of those categories is weak, you can probably compensate if the others are strong. Plus, there are degrees of things, so 25 lbs overweight (like me) isn't as bad as 75 lbs or 150 lbs overweight and 5'6 (like me) isn't as bad as 5'3 or 5'0. I know plenty of guys who aren't hot who can pull (including myself). And plenty of hot guys who cannot pull women of the hotness they think they deserve.

Anyone who is using excuses....is just using excuses...if they don't use that one, they will come up with another. Often it is the approach anxiety and bad inner game talking.

Try skinny jeans for a week and get back to us. Girls look at dude's bulges all the time.

Girls who were into heman as a child, girls who lift themselves, are really into muscley dudes and the affection they lavish can often be intense.

And basically every study on looks shows that the vast majority of women want fit/ripped but not huge.

The whole world treats you differently if you are hansome. Not just women.

Save it's the #1 killer. Exercise is basically a wonder drug for health, mental, physical, social. Don't feel bad if you aren't healthy, but do change your behavior.

Game is a great equalizer - good game trumps all. But there is 0 good reason to be unhealthy.

i've had friends tell me a couple of time that a girl was ogling me like a piece of meat. i'm reasonably fit. Girls check out dudes too.

imo eating healthy and working out are the basics. basically it is just the equivalent of taking a shower every day.

If you are working out the same muscle groups more than 2 times a week then you are wasting your time because girls don't really care. You shouldn't even need to work the same muscle group even more than one time per week.

Generally speaking;

Ripped abs- Attractive bonus

Normal body weight- Not a problem

Overweight- Not helping your game

^All of these things are not definitive of whether a person is attractive or not, and it's a combination of personality, chemistry, similarities, expectations, intelligence, humor. However it doesn't hurt to be healthy. I've never heard a girl complain that her date was in good shape. I've heard them complain that they weren't.
