I've been making a TON of improvement in the past few months, far more than I ever could have imagined. Sometimes though, I look back and think of past situations where I really fucked up and easily could have done something different/better. I know that there's nothing I can do to change the past, and that those negative feelings always pass. I also like to remind myself that mistakes are what got me to where I am today, and that failure is an essential part of progress.

I'm curious, how do you guys deal with feelings of regret when looking back in the past?
