I don't like your title, but your tips resonate with me and my experience. Especially point 5 is interesting. Get an outlet, I do, besides basketball, weightlifting.

Had some negative outlook today because of various reasons, and when I was doing deadlifts, I realized again how easy I can just shut up my thoughts and focus on my lifting. Therapeutic, and helps you in many ways besides shutting up your thoughts.

Meditate? Bullshit, you don't need to meditate to get laid.

These are just some general feel-good tips and there's nothing wrong with them, but the fact that tip #1 isn't "Approach until you bleed" and tip #2 isn't "Adopt an abundance mentality" tells me OP hasn't an ounce of game.

OP's claim of 20 girls in two months is as fabricated as his coaching business.

Be genuine and amuse yourself and her. Girls love humor. Come up with things to talk about. Current events, things she may be holding or wearing. Find something you two have in common. If it's a favorite food or type of music or dogs or whatever. Be yourself and slow your mind with exercise or meditation combined with a good diet and vitamins. If it's a loud atmosphere, signal with body language. Initiate dancing and then lead in with a kiss. If she rejects, keep dancing and maybe try again. I've gotten laid more often than not without even using many words. Maybe make fun of something she has on like a live strong bracelet. Or maybe something else that is outta date. Be courteous, kino, maybe take a shot with her. Have a good time. Have friends and clout around to establish a social rapport. Make them laugh and laugh with them. Listen and remember names. I've done all this and girls wanted to date almost instantly. I've been with a girl for almost 5 years now and we took a break last year and I got to try some of this out. I realized I love her and want to stay with her as long as I can and hopefully forever. Pickup is a mindset and a mentality to keep in a relationship to show your partner affection. It's not about tricks etc. it's training your brain like you would muscle until every kind of relationship is strengthened and talking to people becomes part of your life. It opens many doors.

I find speaking with passion is more compelling and effective than "the interrogation" where you get the woman to talk about herself the whole time. Most people I meet present themselves in a dull way.

Number 3 is a good point, but I would qualify it by saying that there is internal congruence ("what I say matches what I feel") and external congruence ("what I say matches what they feel"), and in relationships, external congruence is more important than internal. External incongruence is grounds for terminating a new relationship. Internal is you needing to deal with your own shit and not make it someone else's problem.

For example, I'm currently frustrated with a girl for flaking on follow up plans after we had a lot of fun going out, but I'm not gonna say that because clearly there's some other expectation from her perspective. We're both looking for lowkey, so even though I'm frustrated, I'm playing chill because being frustrated is the real incongruence.

This way, I don't hurt my long term shot by being a dick in the short term. I have prioritized external congruence.
