Well, its obvious dude. Why are you trying so hard to get a positive reaction?

The more you try to achieve it, the more pressure you put on it, and when something doesn't go the way you want it, it affects you deeply, since you've given it this huge importance.

I suppose you have had good interactions with women in the past right? Were you trying to impress or getting a 'positive reaction' from them? I guess not. You were enjoying the moment, not worrying about the result.

You know you can do it, so that's it. No need to drastically improve anything, you know you have the ability to do so. If it doesn't go as well as before, who cares, I guarantee it's normal, everyone goes through it from time to time, maybe it's you, maybe it's her, doesn't matter, you know you can do it.

Even the best of us have weeks and weeks where we get no dates or anything whatsoever.

If you don't feel like talking to girls, there's no need, it's not a job (for most of us), no need to force it, focus on other things in your life and everything will be fine.
