I own:
Most of those are brighter, summer scents, Acqua di Parma is sweeter, all the rest but Oud Wood are fresher, Oud Wood is warm, spicy, and great for the night.
Best place to buy them is sadly Saks Fifth, sometimes Amazon is good but they can get shady if they're individual sellers.

There's no one cologne that every woman will like. Every woman has different tastes and associations with a cologne.
Try many different scents and find something that YOU like, not something that you think other people will like. Generally speaking, shy away from cheap shit or anything aimed at teens.
You will want to get "daytime" and "nighttime" colognes. The daytime one will usually be lighter / sweeter / fruitier; nighttime will be much heavier, more complicated, more spice/wood/licorice/tobacco undertones.
Lacoste makes some really nice day-to-day scents. I rotate through Lacoste Live, Essential Sport and Challenge.
For night/date colognes, I am still trying to find a favorite, but I really like Armani Code. Women ALWAYS comment on how great I smell when I wear it, so I guess there's a reason why it's so popular.

Doesn't matter which brand, chose something sweet and light but not fruity you're not a kid, avoid Boss, D&G, Diesel, ect...

I'm not sure if it's the Legend one, but a guy I worked with was wearing this and it was incredible. I said, holy crap man what is that cologne? And his wife who works there comes up and says it's montblanc I got it for him for christmas

I've had great success with Chanel Allure Homme. However, not all cologne smell the same on every man, so you just gotta try a few and find something both you and the ladies like.

Use google. Really.
I have only had 2 perfumes, and I just check reviews. I tend to go for high star perfumes obviously. And I try to avoid the best-sellers; I don't want to smell like everyone else. The result: I always get compliments about how good I smell.
Only apply ONE spray to the neck area. You might think you don't smell and want to apply more, but trust me, you do smell.

I love Creed Aventus and La Nuit De Homme by YSL. I've received tons of compliments from them.
