It's typically an indicator of disinterest. But you can spin it: "Well, I feel like I really know you now. Let's hop to the next bar!"

Sometimes, you'll get a "no..." and you ask why, and they say "I don't really know you..." and you reply with "well, you never asked." Wink, smile, and put it in her butt.

What is the context? A woman you just opened? A woman you are dating? Is she IOIing you?

"It's just all me, me, me and selfishness..." What? She isn't being selfish, she is answering your questions. She may not be interested in you but that doesn't make her selfish.
