I have been reading up on seduction for several years but the entire time have lacked confidence in myself. Whilst I did enjoy using several techniques in conversation and whilst in the more advanced stages once Rapport has been built up - which usually happens organically and not very often but I was always second guessing myself and thinking it would come through which it often does. I wasn't completely insecure but I wasn't confident in myself and never even focused much on appearance or self worth.

This year I was told I have to gain weight (muscle mostly) for the level of Rugby (a contact sport) that I am playing at and hoping to play at next year. So I got put on a program and slowly but surely started getting much bigger. As I got bigger I started liking my appearance more and more, and started doing my hair. This progressed to noticing which clothes looked better on me much more and getting haircuts from a much "trendier" hairdresser and grooming my beard better. All this came from a bit of gym.

I honestly cannot explain how much confidence gymming will bring you. Even if gains are slow it flows through into every aspect of your life. I am not large to the point where you'd look at me and say he spends all his time at the gym. But I appear taller and most people I see who haven't seen for a long time will comment on how great I am looking. My grades at uni started rising and I slowly stopped looking for peoples approval and would be happy letting go after rejection. One confidence boost flows through everything, for me it was gym, but I think exercise in general is that. SO if you do struggle with confidence I highly recommend it but don't get too obsessed to the point it is all you can talk about. Remember everything else this community has shared with you.

I am sure this type of advice is shared often but would just like share my experience especially considering that I never started in order to look more appealing but for the more practical purpose of a sport and yet, it has changed my life.
