At 18 its perfectly acceptable to want to go out with just her friends occasionally. In fact I am not sure that any 18 year old girls I know would tolerate their bf telling them that they "can't " do it. At your age, finding a girl who is willing to never go out without you is going to be impossible, so either get used to it or stay single and have fun yourself.
