Ouch, one important thing to keep in mind. I don't get why a lot of guys cut girls off as soon as they say they're not interested. You can be friends with girls too...and some of them have HOT friends.

I think it has more to do with her getting out of a relationship and wanting to play the field and less to do with personal preference. He's sticking with it, so he obviously doesn't have many options (or any better ones), probably isn't very attractive or seductive. She may have liked him at first but probably not enough to jump in with a clingy guy when there could be better options out there. I'd be willing to bet all of my money, assets, and possessions that he will never get anything more than "friendship" from her.

I feel like she got you in a friendship role and she manipulating you. I would knock her down some before making a move.
