Morally that's sick, it may also be illegal. I think it's fair game when you are both equally (or there abouts) intoxicated. There is an exception. In the situation you wrote you were sober and she was drunk. I think it's really predatory to start slamming shots to get equally drunk, as a work around.

Guys.. I was the crappy BF the girl is venting about in this scenario. I was a huge pot head and basically ignored her when she needed to be listened too. We are not engaged anymore. I'm just having trouble letting go when she has shown me 100 % dedication after it happened. I went crazy untrusting her for two years up to this point. Playing the scenario in my head. I know how much I was to blame for pushing her away. She hates BJ's, always has and that's what happened right before she was driven back to our home. I just wanted to gauge people that pull women if me just saying it was date rape is just a defense mechanism. For some reason I can't stop blaming her. I hate it because she has been so focused on making a future together and communicating perfectly. I've since learned to be less selfish and listen, not just dismiss to smoke pot and hang with friends. Stopped taking her trust for granted by lying all the time. I want to be a better BF but don't know if I can ever let what happened go....sorry for wall text.

Don't do it man, you're playing rusian roulette. It only takes one vindictive girl to make up a false accusation and ruin your life.

Always get clear consent. If you can't get it, kick her out and go look for another girl to sleep with, there's plenty of fish in the sea.

For me it depends how drunk she is, rather than how much she drank. From all my years of taken girls home from clubs I only once decided not to go ahead with sexual activity due to a girls intoxication. In this case the girl was slurring her words and finding it hard to walk, and she didn't seem to be fully aware of what was going on. Due to her thick Irish accent and the noise in the club these things weren't obvious until after I took her out to a taxi. On arriving home with her I got her a cab home straight away.

I think there's a bit of a myth that girls will fuck anyone when drunk. Unless they pass out drunk they're generally capable of saying no. I mean put it this way, as a straight guy I wouldn't let a man fuck me just because I was wasted. Being drunk just lowers inhibitions. Women are still responsible for who they fuck when drunk. Too many people use being drunk as an excuse not to take responsibility.
